Product and Order

  • Should I signup to pay my orders?

    We require user login before checkout. This will help us to ensure the information of customized artwork creators, as well as providing the digital version of your purchase on your personal download page.
  • What is the difference between canvas art and digital version?

    When ordering canvas art, we will make your designs as physical products and send them to your designated address. When you buy a digital version, you can immediately download the PNG image you purchased on the website without receiving any physical product.
  • Can I use digital products for any occasion?

    You are free to use the files you purchased, such as printing as home, office or commercial wall decorations. However, the file may not be directly, modified, processed, re-made into other products for sale or other similar business activities.

Payment and Shipping

  • How long can I can receive the products?

    If you order a canvas art, we will send your work to printing manufacturers after the payment is paid. For buyer in Taiwan, you can receive the products in 7-10 business days. If you purchased a digital version product, you will be able to download the file as soon as payment is completed.
  • Do you charge shipping fee for canvas art?

    For shipping in Taiwan, we will charge NT $200 - $300 for packaging and shipping costs. For shipping to areas outside Taiwan, we charge vary international shipping fee depending on your destination country.
  • How can I pay my bill?

    We currently provide credit card, online ATM, ATM teller in Taiwan. For shipping to areas outside Taiwan, you can pay with credit card or Paypal.
  • How do I know the progress of making canvas art?

    You can check the order processing progress on my order page. We will send an e-mail notice when the product is shipped.

Refund Policy

  • What can I do after receiving my canvas art with defects?

    Please contact us within 7days after receiving your work and send the information to our service email hello@g-e-n-a-r-t.com. Including: order number, description of the problem, photos of defective product , the more detailed description will help us to deal with the problem faster.
  • Do you support refund service?

    The canvas art are customized products, and are printed after the order is paid. Therefore, the product does not provide refund service. Please confirm the product content, size and edge type in your order before making payment. If you receive a defective product, please contact us.

    Because of the nature of digital products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not provide refund service.
